Tuberculosis confirmed at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill

An individual at Potomac High School in Oxon Hill, Md. has been diagnosed with tuberculosis.

“To ensure the health and safety of students and staff, Prince George’s County Public School health services staff are working closely with Prince George’s County Health Department staff to conduct contact tracing that identifies those who may have had close contact with the individual,” school officials said.

At this point, no additional cases of tuberculosis infection have been identified through contact tracing.
