Delegate James E. Proctor, Jr., a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since 1990 representing the 27th Legislative District, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015.  Del. Proctor’s funeral services will take place on Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s of Piscataway Catholic Church, 13401 Piscataway Road, in Clinton, MD.  Visitation is from 9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m., with reflections beginning at 11:15 a.m. and Mass starting at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Road, Clinton, MD.
