Tractor Trailer Fire @ I-95/495 NB (Outer Loop) at MD-5 (Exit 7).
Right lanes blocked with incident and emergency response involving a loaded tractor trailer on fire in the gore area of the exit. Traffic gets by using one left lane. Fire is not out. Delays are building. Extended closure expected.
