Calling all Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Students! The Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Cybersecurity Diversity Fellowship (ICDF) Program is an opportunity for current college students attending a college or university, specifically Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutes (MSIs) majoring in Intelligence and/or Cybersecurity a paid opportunity and first hand experience in the areas of Federal Government Intelligence and Cybersecurity professions.
