The Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T) will offer Residential Street Sweeping for the first time in Prince George’s County’s history! 

The Residential Street Sweeping Program, a Proud Priority of the Alsobrooks Administration, will significantly reduce the amount of debris along residential roadways, helping to prevent litter buildup and mitigate potential pollutants in our ecosystem. This exciting new program, set to launch in Summer 2024, will be implemented in two phases and cover over 2,000 total curb miles.
