You’re invited to a family-friendly experience at OCR Martial Arts Day on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Southern Regional Technology & Recreation Complex (7007 Bock Road, Fort Washington, MD).

This exciting event will feature live martial arts demonstrations from some of the area’s top schools, along with a DJ, food trucks, and raffle prizes—including a brand-new bicycle!

Martial Arts Day is a signature event of the Office of Community Relations’ 100 Events of Summer campaign, and is one of the many ways we bring County resources, services, and agency partners directly to our residents.

Martial arts promote confidence, self-defense, discipline, and fitness for people of all ages. Whether you’re new to it or just want to learn more, this event is a great opportunity to engage, explore, and connect with the community.
