TONIGHT!! Spring Men’s Challenge — Living Together Without Violence Initiative

Join the Department of Family Services Men’s Challenge — Living Together Without Violence Initiative Spring Edition session tonight Tuesday, May 17th, at 6:00 pm virtually.   Our presenter will be Jamar Blackmon.   Jamar is the C.E.O/Founder of GOALGETTA LLC and GOALGETTA ACADEMY.   He is a national motivational speaker, mentor, entrepreneur.  His humble beginnings, strong willed principles, and passion to make a difference has attracted judges, lawyers, principals, teachers, pastors and the community to his movement.

His presentation is titled “Be the Change You Want to See”.  It will uplift and shift the perspective of oneself.  We were born with GREATNESS in us but most never tap into it! It’s not going to take an outside source to change our community.  It’s going to take the community to change the community!  You never know who you’re raising so it’s very important to speak life into our youth.  You can be the spark needed to change our young kings/young queens’ life!

His presentation will discuss:

  • Relationships
  • Husbands
  • Fathers
  • Mentors and the Community

 The Power of One Voice:

  • Barack Obama is one person
  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr is one person
  • Steve Jobs is one person

All sessions will be held virtually.  See you on Tuesday, May 17th at 6:00pm!!
