2016 MBM Scholarship Gala SAVE THE DATE

Dear Elected Official and Community Leader

I am forwarding to you an invitation to the 2016 MBM Scholarship Gala, which will have a speaker that is so dynamic that you do not want to miss hearing him. I had the opportunity to hear Dr. Marks speak this past fall, he shared information that was so powerful, that I thought it was imperative that we as elected officials and community leaders in Prince Georges County needed to hear it. The MBMs were fortunate that he is currently working with the President’s MBK Initiative in Washington, DC and is available to be our guest speaker.

In addition to our annual scholarships, this year we will join with MBK Prince Georges County Network to present a scholarship to a deserving young man, who has overcome obstacles to change the trajectory of his life.  I hope that you will join us on May 6th to celebrate and be enlightened.
