**May 19th is Prince George’s County Family and Friends Day!** This free annual countywide festival and showcase of our local business community will feature a Battle of the High School Bands, over 100 local businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies, local R&B sensation Nasim Siddeeq, and be guest hosted by talented WPGC 95.5 Radio Host Sunni (“Sunni and the City”).

This year’s event is themed #BuyLocal #InvestLocal to promote growing our local economy so that we can invest in our local community. The Family & Friends Day Festival will be held at Watkins Park (outdoors), 301 Watkins Park Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774, from 3PM-6PM and includes free food, music, and fun for the whole family. Over 2000 residents and 100 businesses and nonprofits are expected to attend.
