Written Testimony:
The Delegation will accept 35 copies of your written testimony, with the Bill Number clearly labeled on the front page, on three-hole punched paper on December 11th between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Verbal Testimony:
The Delegation request that you sign up between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the hearing. Individuals will have two minutes to speak; representatives of organizations will have three minutes. Organizations will be limited to one representative speaking for three minutes. There is no ceding of time. If you have a last-minute one-for-one witness substitution, please tell the Chair or staff prior to the start of the hearing. Please note that the order of the bills being heard is at the discretion of the Chair and is not necessarily based on numerical order.
